Philip Melugin and Phoenix Home Care Provide Missouri Residents with First-Rate Care

Philip Melugin has been a Missouri resident for more than a decade, developing a firsthand knowledge of the home healthcare community in the state. As president and owner of Phoenix Home Care in Springfield, Philip Melugin has been proud to watch the company expand into various areas of the state, providing in-home care and much-needed rehabilitation to its clients.

Since it began in 2011, Phoenix Home Care has grown tremendously, earning $19 million in revenue already. According to Philip Melugin, the company follows a mission statement that emphasizes high moral values and quality of care, setting it apart from many other healthcare organizations. Based in Springfield, Phoenix Home Care provides private duty nursing services statewide. Specialized paid healthcare services are also available throughout the state of Missouri.

As Philip Melugin points out, though, some services are only currently available in certain counties. Phoenix Home Care divides Missouri services into five separate areas, each one managed by a regional office in that area. Currently, Phoenix Home Care has regional offices in Springfield, as well as Columbia, St. Louis, Poplar Bluff, and Independence. The growth of Philip Melugin’s initial vision is apparent in the recent renovation of the Springfield office, which has expanded into the office adjacent to it. Some workers have already moved into the new offices and Philip Melugin has stated that further expansion is expected in the near future.

The company’s astronomical growth is good news for Missouri healthcare professionals, bringing many new jobs in the area. Phoenix Home Care is frequently searching for healthcare professionals to join its Missouri staff, especially RNs and LPNs. Each applicant is carefully screened to ensure they fit in with the Phoenix Home Care family of healthcare providers, Philip Melugin emphasizes.

In-home healthcare can be a highly valued option for Missouri residents. According to Philip Melugin, Phoenix Home Care’s skilled workers can do home safety evaluations to help clients once again experience independence. This in-home care can extend to occupational and rehabilitative therapy. Philip Melugin’s staff works hard to give clients a new beginning, giving them the highest possible quality of life.

Accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program), Phoenix Home Care is a preferred Medicare provider. Philip Melugin has served on advisory boards in order to further his advocacy for the aged, blind, and disabled, a growing population in our country.
